Enables blind and partially sighted children and young people to
achieve their educational and recreational goals. Its aim is to
help create a world where blind and partially sighted children have
equal access to the provision of education, adequately supported
with sources of information, in a suitable format for their needs,
and where there are no barriers to sports and recreational activities.
