Established to fulfil the great need in the world for leaders who value the
welfare of their community.
The Trust recognises that every person is born with a talent that
allows him or her to bring about positive change, and aims to enable
young people to make full use of their talents for the good of their
community, society and even the world.
It runs unique week long Foundation Programmes in transformational
leadership for young people aged 16-28. After the programme, participants
are provided with a mentor, whose role is to support them in delivering
a community based project in their home country. This donation by
the Foundation was recommended by Hilton University.
