In a three-year partnership with the Academy, the Foundation is supporting
the Hospitality College Network which aims to forge links between
industry and colleges. The scheme is a 'one stop shop' for employers,
employees and those preparing for employment in the tourism and
hospitality sector, providing access to 'bite-sized' chunks of workplace
learning, tutorial support and accreditation in food, wine, bar
and meetings and events service at N/SVQ Levels 1-3. More than 50
colleges throughout the UK have committed themselves to the Network
scheme.
