Hilton Liverpool's Star Ball is our prestigious annual Black Tie charitable fundraising event. This stylish, extravagent, high profile event has raised thousands of pounds in the past years and every year we are supported by some of the City's Business Leaders, corporate business partners, celebritiesand friends of Hilton Liverpool.

The evening will raise funds for our charity, Hilton in the Community Foundation as well as our local partner for 2013, Steven Gerrard Foundation. The net funds raised will be split equally between the two charities.

Hilton in the Community Foundation is committed to helping those in need to have a brighter future, in Liverpool and across the UK and Europe. The Foundation is focused on its mission to support young people who are disadvantaged, whether through their health, well-being or through educational opportunities. By providing equipment, training, support and care we can make a difference with your help.

The Steven Gerrard Foundation is to generate as much money as possible to provide additional funding for a range of children's charitable organisations and projects. Fairbridge and the Children's Hospice, Claire House, are two of the first projects chosen to be supported by SGF.

The evening will include:

Terms & Conditions

1. All payments and bookings to be made payable to ‘Hilton in the Community Foundation’. We will then award 50% of the net funds from the event to Steven Gerrard Foundation.

2. Charities benefiting from the net proceeds of the event are: Steven Gerrard Foundation 1140813 (England and Wales). www.stevengerrardfoundation.org; and Hilton in the Community Foundation registered charity 1084220 (England & Wales) 038995 (Scotland) www.hilton-foundation.org.uk

5. Cancellation Policy: tables cancelled less than 3 weeks before the Ball will not be refunded as the Foundation will not have the opportunity to resell. Tables cancelled prior to this will be refunded in full. An additional charge will be made for Kosher meals due to costs borne by the Foundation.

6. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
