Accommodation vouchers for a two night stay for two people including breakfast have been generously donated to HCF by numerous hotels across the European region. Hilton Worldwide’s portfolio of hotels in Europe have generously donated vouchers to enable Hilton in the Community Foundation to raise funds to supplement its administration costs, thus enabling more of its net income to reach good causes through its grants programme. This scheme is operated by HCF Trading Ltd, a UK company wholly owned by Hilton in the Community Foundation.

Voucher Administration fees 2015:

There are three categories of vouchers available.

Europe vouchers are those supplied by hotels in Continental Europe. ‘Metro’ UK vouchers are those supplied by hotels in major UK cities or categorised by Hilton Worldwide as ‘Metro’. ‘Select’ UK and ROI vouchers are those supplied by hotels in regional towns around the UK or smaller hotels in larger UK and ROI cities, as categorised by Hilton Worldwide. Once you have created a User ID, you can look at the map/list for current availability of vouchers and their cost.

The administration fee applies per voucher and is non-refundable. Any refunds are at the discretion HCF Trading Ltd Management. Funds raised from the fee will support the running costs of Hilton in the Community Foundation. The Foundation is a registered charity, no. 1084220 (England and Wales) and 038995 (Scotland).  The Voucher scheme is operated by HCF Trading Ltd, a UK company wholly owned by Hilton in the Community Foundation. HCF Trading Ltd will issue invoices for the administration fee and will donate all its profits to Hilton in the Community Foundation.

*For non-UK charities buying a Voucher in Europe, VAT does not apply. VAT applies in all cases to UK stays (Metro and Select) regardless of where the purchasing charity is registered.
