Helps lift the spirits of numerous children with very serious or terminal medical conditions all over the UK, by giving them that 'once in a life-time' dream experience. Dreams are shaped by a child's imagination and each year the charity receives requests from children suffering from conditions such as childhood cancers, leukaemia, muscular dystrophy, cystic fibrosis and other long-term debilitating and degenerative diseases.
