1. All payments and bookings to be made payable to ‘Hilton in the Community Foundation’

2. All tables include a four course meal including wine, entertainment and dancing

3. A discounted room rate is also available at the Hilton London Stansted Airport (subject to availability)

4. Cancellation Policy: tables cancelled less than 3 weeks before the Ball will not be refunded as the Foundation will not have the opportunity to resell. Tables cancelled prior to this will be refunded in full. An additional charge will be made for Kosher meals due to costs borne by the Foundation.

5. The Panathlon Ball is an initiative organised by and for the Hilton in the Community Foundation. The net proceeds from the event will be split equally between Panathlon Challenge and Hilton in the Community Foundation.
