The national team competition is an extreme physical challenge for teams of four people with an 8-hour time limit to complete as many miles as possible on cardiovascular gym equipment. Your challenge as a team is to keep your piece of equipment in action for the full 8 hours. You will be competing against other teams across the country on the same equipment, competing for a national prize for the greatest number of miles travelled. Anyone aged 18 or over can take part – from colleagues and clients, to family and friends. We will be with you at every step of the way – supporting your fundraising, helping with your training, and cheering you on the day.
