The entry fee is £20/€30 per team. Please note this entry fee is non-refundable. Teams should aim to raise at least £500/€700 in sponsorship, 75% of which must be received 2 weeks before the event, by the 31st August 2007
Terms & Conditions
To participate in the Around the World in a Day Team Challenge, teams should aim to raise at least £500/€700 in sponsorship in addition to paying the on-refundable £20/€30 entry fee. This does not include Gift Aid.
All funds raised must be payable to Hilton in the Community Foundation.
The minimum age to take part is 18 years old
Participants are responsible for their own medical condition. If you are in doubt about your fitness then you must consult your doctor before signing up to the event.
Hilton in the Community Foundation will be organising this event following best practice guidelines and health and safety standards. You will be entering the Around the World in a Day Team Challenge at your own risk and agree that Hilton in the Community Foundation and associated companies and partners shall not be liable for any injury or loss that might occur as a result of participation.
By taking part, all participants confirm they are happy for any photographs taken during this event to be used by Hilton in the Community Foundation to publicise events and Hilton in the Community Foundation generally. |
