All funds raised must be payable to Hilton in the Community Foundation, which will then be distributed to the nominated charities.
All team members for TeamChallenge must be over 18.
Participants are responsible for their own medical condition. If you are in doubt about your fitness then you must consult your doctor before signing up to the event.
Hilton in the Community Foundation will be organising this event following best practice guidelines and health and safety standards. You will be entering the Around the World in a Day Miles4fun or TeamChallenge event at your own risk and agree that Hilton in the Community Foundation and associated companies and partners shall not be liable for any injury or loss that might occur as a result of participation.
By taking part, all participants confirm they are happy for any photographs taken during this event to be used by Hilton in the Community Foundation to publicise events and Hilton in the Community Foundation generally.
By agreeing to participate in Around the World in a Day you are agreeing to your contact details being held on file by the Foundation. We will contact you with updates on the event as well as the work of the Foundation. If you don't wish to receive this information please write to info@hitlon-foundation.org.uk In accordance with data protection your information will not be shared with any other organisation or third party.
Participants who choose to pay their registration fee out of their sponsorship money must return their sponsorship form and money to the Foundation office before 14th July 2009. If this is not adhered to then the Foundation office reserves the right to contact you to collect payment.
Central event fundraising costs are covered by registration fees. Local event costs are covered by funds raised by the event. No event funds are used to cover salary costs.
Only teams consisting of four people and participating between 9am and 4pm on Sunday 14th June can be included in the official TeamChallenge.
To keep costs to a minimum we will send Around the World in a Day newsletters by email only. By providing your email address you have agreed that we may use it to contact you about Around the World in a Day.
Additional participants and/or team members will be contacted via the lead participant who fills out this form.
